Michael has kindly requested that work colleagues donate to the British Lung Foundation through The Patricia Ann Evans Breath of Life Fund. My mum died on 20th April 2008 from Emphysema, a debilitating lung condition, that not only affected her breathing, but also her ability to walk, talk and eat. Before she passed away, she started to participate in charity events for the British Lung Foundation, so it seemed fitting to continue raising funds in memory of her. Previously we raised a total of £480, so a huge thank you to everyone who has made a contribution.
